Function: Pharmacy

Job Responsibilities:

·  Efficiently utilize company database to research and assimilate patient information and prescribing history.

·  Complete pre-call planning to develop effective dialogue strategy and call plan for each contact

·  Able to function efficiently in an autodial work environment that includes cold-calling patients

·  Connect with patients by phone and quickly develop a rapport with that person

·  Utilize standard scripting to effectively present the features, benefits, convenience, and cost saving of making the decision to switch to preferred medication by mail

·  Effectively deals with and overcomes patient objections, concerns, issues, and rejection of the offer

·  Maintains compliance with all regulatory and company SOP requirements

·  Participate in program training including role plays and communication exercises

·  Consistently achieve defined performance levels

·  All calls are subject to monitoring for quality assurance purposes

·  Other related duties as assigned.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

·  Demonstrated successful direct sales and/or telesales experience is required

·  Pharmacy or healthcare related background is helpful

·  Demonstrated stable work history

·  Previous experience in a self-directed work environment is very desirable

·  Minimum of 1 year of actual sales experience in a telemarketing, or inside sales environment (making outbound sales calls) required

·  Commissioned sales experience preferred

·  Demonstrated superior verbal communication skills by telephone

·  Excellent, clear speaking voice and solid command of the language

·  Highly effective listening skills

·  Possess proven sales skills; effectively uses sales techniques and has a persistent and tenacious desire to succeed and close the sale

·  Demonstrates ability to handle rejection and customer obstacles in a positive manner

·  Functions well in an environment that requires incumbent to be a self-starter; to be self-motivated

·  Bi-lingual fluency helpful, but not required
Educational Requirements:

·  College degree preferred

·  High School Diploma required
